1.8 - As our platform operates without ongoing user profiles, we collect  information necessary to manage your participation, such as contact details (for invitations and confirmations), personalization responses, and order information for the Wanda bracelet.

2.6 - The color of the Wanda emblem is determined based on your quiz responses and is intended to provide insight into your personality. It is not a definitive statement of your perfect match.

3.1 - When you engage with other users on Wander, certain information (e.g. your emblem color, your cord color) may be seen by them.

3.2 - We may share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate, analyze, and improve Wander. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

3.3 - We may disclose your information when required by law, in response to legal process, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of others.

4 - User-Generated Content

4.1 - By using our designated hashtags (e.g. #WanderFam), you may submit content, including text, images, videos, and other materials ("User Content") to be used by Wander. You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Wander a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content.

4.2 - You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit to be used by Wander, and you agree not to submit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on the rights of others.

4.3 - If you wish to claim or remove your content from our channels, please contact us. It's important to note that we do not provide monetary compensation for featured content. Instead, it is a gesture of appreciation for your active participation in the Wander community.

5 - Data Retention

5.1 - We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

6 - Data Security

6.1 - We implement security measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your data.
